• No reproduction, modification, or resale is allowed without written permission.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Services are non-refundable once activated or credit is used.
• Users may request cancellation by contacting customer support.
• Growvid may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or policy violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Growvid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

8. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes shall first be addressed through email or written communication with Growvid.
• If unresolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration in Yamunanagar, Haryana, India.
